Designed for easy maintenance, this unit ensures safe venting while preventing flame propagation.

Valve Body: 356 T6 Low Copper Cast Aluminum (Standard) or 316 Stainless Steel (Optional).
Valve Trim: Low Copper Aluminum with 316 SS Guideposts (Standard) or Full 316 Stainless Steel (Optional).
Pallet Seat Inserts: PTFE for reliable sealing.
Protective Screen: High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE).
Flame Arrester Housing: 356 T6 Aluminum (Standard) or 316 Stainless Steel (Optional).
Arrester Bank Assembly: Low Copper Aluminum with Aluminum or 316 SS Bank Sheets.
Hardware: Zinc-Plated Steel (Standard) or Stainless Steel (Optional).
Standards & Compliance
5000 Series Flame Arrester is UL Listed for aluminum construction.
Recommended installation within 15 feet of the vent pipe’s open end.
