Professional Product Specification
The TEXSTEAM Series 5100 is a gas or pneumatic-driven chemical injection pump designed for accurate and reliable chemical dosing applications in oil & gas production, pipeline systems, refining, water treatment, and industrial process facilities. Engineered as a single-acting positive displacement plunger pump, the Series 5100 provides precise injection control, high-pressure capability, and dependable operation in harsh field environments.
The pump is powered by gas through a diaphragm with spring return action and features adjustable stroke length and speed control for flexible chemical injection performance. The TEXSTEAM 5100 Series is widely used for methanol injection, corrosion inhibition, demulsifier injection, scale prevention, and process chemical dosing applications.

Operating Principle
The TEXSTEAM 5100 operates using gas or pneumatic pressure acting on a diaphragm assembly with spring return action. The diaphragm movement drives a stainless steel plunger within the injection head, creating positive displacement chemical injection flow.
Pump speed is controlled by regulating exhaust gas discharge flow, while volume output is adjusted using stroke length control. A spring-actuated rotary three-way valve automatically reverses the pumping cycle for continuous operation.

Reliable remote field operation
No electrical power required
Accurate low-volume chemical injection
High-pressure capability
Rugged oilfield construction
Easy maintenance and servicing
Long operational service life
Low gas consumption design
Suitable for corrosive chemical applications
