Professional Product Specification
The Emerson Fisher™ Type 1301G is a self-operated, direct-operated high-pressure regulator designed for accurate pressure reduction in demanding industrial gas applications. Engineered for high inlet pressure systems, the Type 1301G regulator is commonly used as a pilot supply regulator for pilot-operated regulators and as a loading pressure regulator in pressure-loaded control systems.
The Fisher 1301G provides stable outlet pressure control, fast response, and reliable shutoff performance under severe operating conditions. Its rugged construction and high-pressure capability make it suitable for oil & gas, petrochemical, utility, and industrial process applications.

Operating Principle
The Fisher Type 1301G regulator operates using a spring-loaded diaphragm mechanism that automatically balances downstream pressure against spring force. When outlet pressure drops below the setpoint, the regulator opens to increase flow. As outlet pressure rises, the valve throttles toward the closed position to maintain stable pressure regulation throughout the system.

Stable outlet pressure under varying flow demand
Long operational service life
Reduced maintenance requirements
Reliable performance in severe environments
Tight shutoff minimizes leakage risk
Suitable for corrosive and hazardous gas services
