The ALCO VALVES 2VG Series is a compact and robust in-line 2-valve gauge manifold engineered for reliable process isolation and controlled venting in high-pressure instrumentation applications. Designed for demanding industrial environments, the 2VG Series delivers exceptional sealing performance, extended service life, and enhanced operational safety.

General Description

The 2VG Series provides single process isolation combined with venting capability in a slim-line manifold design. Unlike the 2VR Series, the 2VG configuration can be supplied with male inlet and female outlet connections, offering greater installation flexibility.

Manufactured with precision-engineered metal-to-metal seating and body-to-bonnet sealing technology, the manifold ensures bubble-tight shut-off performance under both extreme pressure and temperature conditions. The non-rotating hardened valve tip design minimizes wear and extends operational life.

An integrated anti-vibration cam locking mechanism at the bonnet connection enhances safety and prevents loosening during service in high-vibration applications.
