Oliver Gauge Block Monoflange Valves are compact, modular valves designed to provide instrumentation double block and bleed isolation in combination with an existing primary isolate valve. These valves are ideal for horizontal or vertical pipeline pressure measurement applications and are engineered to reduce weight, space, installation time, and leak paths—making them especially suited for offshore and space-constrained environments.
The modular design allows for straightforward installation after a pre-installed block valve, and dual instrument ports support flexible mounting orientations. Available in single block, block and bleed, or double block and bleed configurations, these valves are compatible with ASME B16.5 flange standards and use either standard or heavy-duty needle valves depending on the required pressure rating.
