The LESER Pressure Safety Valve, Part Number 4383.2862 (Type 438 – Compact Performance Series) is a high-performance, spring-loaded conventional pressure relief valve engineered to provide reliable overpressure protection for pressurized systems handling gas, air, and liquid services. Designed in accordance with internationally recognized pressure equipment standards, this compact safety valve combines robust construction, excellent sealing performance, and dependable operational accuracy for industrial process applications.

Featuring a conventional spring-loaded design with a closed bonnet, the valve ensures stable operation under normal service conditions while providing rapid and repeatable pressure relief once the predetermined set pressure is reached. The soft-seat O-ring design utilizing FKM elastomer delivers excellent seat tightness, minimizing leakage during normal operation and enhancing overall system reliability.

Manufactured with a stainless steel body (Material 1.4104 / AISI 430F), the valve offers outstanding mechanical strength and corrosion resistance for demanding industrial environments. Its threaded connections conform to ISO 228-1, providing straightforward installation and compatibility with standard piping systems. The valve is suitable for operating temperatures ranging from -10°C to +150°C for the selected configuration and supports set pressures from 5 to 180 bar, with the supplied unit factory preset at 8 bar.
