Haskel Model ASFD-150 — 3 HP Air-Driven Liquid Pump
The Haskel Model ASFD-150 is an ultra-high-pressure, air-driven liquid pump engineered for applications requiring exceptional hydraulic performance and maximum reliability. With a nominal pressure ratio of 150:1 and a single air head design, this pump delivers liquid pressures up to 15,000 PSIG (continuous) and 20,000 PSIG (intermittent), making it an ideal solution for the most demanding industrial, testing, and pressure generation environments.
Designed around Haskel’s proven pneumatic drive technology, the ASFD-150 provides safe, spark-free operation with no heat or flame risk, enabling use in hazardous, classified, or electrically sensitive locations. Its infinitely variable cycling speed, along with the ability to stall at a preset pressure without consuming additional power, ensures precise pressure control and superior energy efficiency.
The pump’s rugged, compact stainless-steel construction guarantees long service life, corrosion resistance, and reliable performance in harsh operating conditions. A no-lubrication air drive eliminates contamination risks and reduces maintenance costs. Optional certification to ATEX, CE, and NACE standards allows deployment in explosive atmospheres, offshore environments, and corrosive fluid applications.
