Rp123000.00
Manufacturer / Brand: Emerson Process Management – Remote Automation Solutions (Fisher)
Type: Electronic Flow Computer / Flow Manager
Description
The FloBoss 503 is a compact, microprocessor-based flow computer designed for gas measurement and control in a single metering run. It provides accurate flow and energy calculations (using orifice metering techniques), event and archival logging, logic and control functions, and remote communications. Though this model is discontinued (as of October 1, 2017), it remains in use in many legacy systems and is supported through documentation and replacement planning.
The unit is housed in a weather-tight enclosure with visible front-mounted LCD display, and supports installation of optional I/O and communications modules. It is intended for installation in field environments requiring robust measurement and control capability.
Key Features
Gas flow measurement conforming to AGA standards (for orifice metering)
PID loop control with override functionality (single control loop)
Logic and sequencing through two user-defined Function Sequence Tables (FSTs)
Archival of up to 15 history points (configurable)
Logging capacity for 240 alarms and 240 events
Security via up to 16 logon identifiers (user accounts)
