Fisher Type 310A Pressure Reducing Regulator
Rp123000.00
Product Description
The Fisher Type 310A fuel pressure regulator is engineered for high-pressure applications requiring rapid response, such as fuel gas supply to gas turbines or other large-volume systems. Equipped with a Type 32A pilot assembly mounted on the main valve, the regulator ensures precise pressure reduction or wide-open monitoring. It delivers exceptional performance with accurate control, tight shutoff, high capacity, and fast response times.
Key Features
High Capacity: The axial flow design maximizes flow capacity for large-scale applications.
Tight Shutoff: A throttling-sleeve design with a PTFE seat ensures reliable and positive shutoff.
Accurate Control: Molded pilot diaphragms and main diaphragm registration provide excellent control sensitivity and a narrow proportional band.
Fast Response: Specifically designed to meet the rapid response requirements of turbine startup and fuel gas operations.
No Atmospheric Bleed: The pilot-operated control system eliminates bleed gas waste by channeling 100% of the bleed gas to the downstream system.
High Turn Down Capability: The oversized diaphragm and advanced piloting system maintain superior pressure control across wide variations in downstream flow demand.
Compact Design: Integrating the actuator spring into the main valve minimizes the space required for installation.
Durability in Severe Conditions: A metal plug design deflects debris away from the soft seat, enhancing resistance to particle erosion and extending service life.
