Fisher Type 1301F / 1301G High-Pressure Regulators
Manufacturer / Brand: Emerson (Fisher)
Type: Self-operated High-Pressure Reducing Regulator
Description
The Fisher Type 1301F and 1301G regulators are direct-operated, high-pressure reducing regulators designed to reduce and regulate high pressure gas (or other fluids) in applications where a downstream lower pressure supply is needed. They are often used to supply pilot pressure for pilot-operated regulators or as loading (control) pressure sources in pressure-loaded regulator systems. They may also be used in general high-pressure reduction service for gases, liquids, or water in industrial installations.
The rugged and versatile design supports high inlet pressures (up to 6000 psig / 414 bar), with different outlet pressure ranges depending on variant. The regulators are available in multiple body materials, spring ranges, and connection styles, suitable for harsh service, and may be built to comply with NACE requirements or hydrogen-ready specifications.
Key Features
Direct (self) operated design: no external power or pilot is required
High inlet pressure capability: up to 6000 psig / 414 bar
Multiple outlet pressure ranges:
• Type 1301F covers 10 to 225 psig (0.69 to 15.5 bar) in several spring ranges
• Type 1301G covers 200 to 500 psig (13.8 to 34.5 bar)Robust body and trim materials: brass or stainless steel bodies; optional NACE-compliant construction
Optional spring-case venting or tapped vent (for certain versions)
Temperature and material compatibility: various valve disk and gasket combinations (PTFE, nylon, elastomers) for extended temperature ranges
Emergency (maximum) outlet pressure ratings beyond normal setpoints
Interchangeable springs for different outlet ranges
Wide-open flow (Cv) and relief sizing coefficients provided
Low-temperature service capability with special materials
Optional dual-gauge port construction
Compatibility with multiple fluids (gas, air, water, other liquids)
Hydrogen-ready variant options for hydrogen service
