Fisher HP Series Control Valves
Rp123000.00
The Fisher HP Series control valves are single-port, high-pressure, globe or angle-style valves designed for demanding process control applications. With metal seats, cage guides, and push-down-to-close valve plug action, these valves are ideal for high-pressure conditions in industries such as power generation, hydrocarbon production, chemical processing, and refining.
Key Features
Valve Plug Stability: Rugged cage guiding enhances valve plug stability, minimizing vibration and mechanical noise.
Full Pressure Drop Capability: The robust design allows the valves to handle full pressure drop conditions.
Spiral-Wound Gaskets: Premium materials like N06600 (alloy 600)/graphite or N07750 (alloy X750)/graphite ensure excellent sealing under various service conditions.
Piping Economy: Expanded end connections available for NPS 4 and 6 HP valves may eliminate the need for line swages while accommodating larger piping arrangements.
Quick Change Trim: Maintenance is simplified with quick trim component removal using common tools, requiring no special equipment.
Integrated Cage-Seat Ring Design: Featured in NPS 8, 10, 12, and 14 globe and NPS 12 angle valves for easier maintenance and better shutoff performance.
Standard Hard Trim Materials: Manufactured from hardened materials, the cage, valve plug, and trim parts provide excellent wear resistance.
Increased Pressure/Temperature Ratings: Weld-end fittings offer intermediate ratings, surpassing the standard CL900 or CL1500 ratings for enhanced pressure and temperature capabilities.
Trim Interchangeability: Cavitrol III, Whisper Trim III, and WhisperFlo trims are interchangeable with standard trims for versatile performance.
Low Flow & Tight Shutoff Control: Micro-Flute and Micro-Form valve plugs ensure excellent rangeability for high-pressure, low-flow applications while maintaining tight shutoff.
Smooth Control at High Pressure Drops: Balanced trim offers smooth control on NPS 2 to 14 valves, even under high pressure drops.
