The Fisher D and DA series control valves are single-port, high-pressure valves designed for use in oil and gas production. These valves excel in throttling or on/off control of liquids or gases that are gritty, sticky, or prone to build-up on internal parts. The DA model is especially suited for angle piping or applications requiring a self-draining valve.
Key Features
Massive Guiding: Ensures positive alignment of the valve plug in the seat ring for high-pressure drop applications. The screwed-in seat ring completely encloses the seat ring gasket.
Easy Maintenance: The screwed bonnet/body joint allows for quick repairs with minimal tools.
Erosive Service Trim: Available with VTC (ceramic) trim for erosive applications. The valve plug can feature a tungsten carbide tip, and the seat ring can be fitted with a full-bore tungsten carbide insert for enhanced durability.
Standards Compliance: Valve body and end connections meet API and ASME standards.
NACE Trim: Standard NACE trim and bolting materials meet NACE MR0175-2002 requirements for corrosion-resistant applications.
