The Daniel® Senior™ Orifice Fitting is a dual-chamber differential pressure flow meter widely recognized for its accuracy, reliability, and ease of maintenance. It is the most installed orifice fitting globally for natural gas measurement, with over one million units in service.

Designed to meet API 14.3 and ISO 5167 standards, the dual-chamber design allows for safe, efficient orifice plate changes under pressure—without interrupting flow. This eliminates the need for complex bypass piping or additional isolation valves.

The unit ensures precise orifice plate alignment and sealing, even under high differential pressure conditions. Its construction is optimized for harsh environments, including sour gas applications, thanks to a range of corrosion-resistant materials.
