Description
The CVS 4150 and CVS 4160 are pneumatic pressure controllers designed to sense vapor, liquid, or gas pressure—including differential pressure—using a Bourdon tube or bellows element. These controllers generate a pneumatic output signal proportional to the sensed process pressure, which can be used to modulate control valves or other pneumatic devices.
The CVS 4150 provides proportional control, while the CVS 4160 adds a reset (integral) function for enhanced process stability. Both models can be configured for direct or reverse acting control without requiring additional parts. The Low Emission version (4150LE / 4160LE) offers the same reliable performance with significantly reduced gas consumption, making it an environmentally efficient solution.
Designed for field applications, the controllers are rugged, weatherproof, and adaptable for valve yoke, wall, or panel mounting.
