The Bettis CBB315 is a compact and robust pneumatic scotch-yoke actuator engineered for reliable quarter-turn valve automation. Designed to deliver high torque output with exceptional efficiency, the CBB315 is suitable for ball valves, butterfly valves, plug valves, and other 90-degree rotary applications. Its construction uses durable ductile iron components combined with a low-friction, fluoropolymer-coated internal cylinder to ensure long service life, low wear, and consistent performance in demanding industrial environments.

The actuator is available in double-acting and spring-return (fail-safe) configurations, making it adaptable to various process control requirements. Symmetrical mounting pads allow easy reversal of fail-open or fail-close direction on spring-return models without internal modification. Optional manual override systems (jackscrew or handwheel) enable secure operation during loss of air supply.
