Product Description
The BelGAS P79 High Flow Precision Air Relay is engineered to deliver exceptional accuracy and stable pressure control in demanding industrial applications. Featuring a 1:1 ratio design, the P79 provides low droop performance, fine adjustment sensitivity, and superior output stability. Its rolling diaphragm ensures enhanced sensitivity and consistent accuracy, while the balanced pintle reduces the effects of supply pressure fluctuations on output pressure.
For valve control applications, a specialized version of the P79 is available, equipped with soft exhaust seats to reduce air consumption, an increased deadband to prevent reaction to minor valve oscillations, and an adjustable integral bypass valve that can be tuned for optimum valve responsiveness.
Typical uses include volume boosting, valve motor loading, and other systems requiring precise pneumatic signal reproduction across a wide operating temperature range.
